Hello,
we are SAMBRE!
SAMBRE was born from the shared desire of a group of photographers to create a collective space where photography becomes dialogue, research, and encounter.
Our name comes from the Sambre River: small, persistent, capable of crossing territories and generating stories even as everything around it changes. That persistence is its strength and ours. We believe in continuing to flow, together.
SAMBRE is an open artistic and cultural laboratory,
a place where creativity emerges through exchange
and collaboration. We believe in inclusivity, collective practice, and in giving space, support, and visibility
to emerging voices.

We are, and want to remain, an open group. We enjoy meeting new people, collaborating, and sharing experiences.

How do you produce your work?
We start from an idea, develop it collectively, plan the shoots, and collaborate with professionals when needed to offer

What can I do in your studio?
Our studio is meant to be lived in. You can host an event, organize a shoot, run a workshop, or create a pop-up for your brand. If you have an idea, let’s talk, the space is flexible and adapts easily to different needs.
